"Every person's map of the world is as unique as their thumbprint. There are no two people alike. No two people who understand the same sentence the same way... So in dealing with people, you try not to fit them to your concept of what they should be." ~ Milton H. Erickson
I have experience working with indivuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, loneliness, homesickness, loss, grief and sadness and post-separation individual therapy, as well as with people who question the direction their life is taking and who would like to make changes.
To understand better, I use the technique of “appreciative enquiry” and am curious about each client's unique story. My work with individuals uses a systemic focus, which means I am interested in finding out about the story you were born into as well as your current context, relationships and network. Together we will explore where and how you fit into all that.
